The Forno Capriasca 48 Inch dual fuel range brings professional styling and performance into your home kitchen with its durable and beautiful 304 grade stainless steel design. The cooking surface features 8 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 160,000 BTU. The 20,000 BTU dual-ring burners are perfect for boiling or searing and can also handle tasks like melting chocolate or simmering sauces. Continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates allow for easy sliding of pots or pans off heat when desired. The two ovens have a combined capacity of 6.58 cu.ft. and boast a total output of 9,700 Watts, providing ample power for baking, roasting, and broiling. The blue enamel interiors make cleaning a breeze, while the 3-layer glass oven door window provides both heat retention and an unobstructed view. The right-side oven features a true convection fan function. Included are 6 fully telescopic easy-access stainless steel oven racks, reversible grill/griddle, complete rotisserie kit including skewer and forks, concave wok ring, an LP conversion kit and a NEMA 14-50P power cord. Additionally, zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.

FORNO will deliver your appliances directly inside your home and inspect them for any visible damage. Please note that installation, unpacking, and removal of old appliances are not included.
Appliances will be brought to the room of your choice, including up to 7 steps within a single flight of stairs.
For apartment buildings, delivery will be made to the lobby.
Important: If your delivery requires going up more than 7 steps, please let us know before shipping. Additional charges may apply, and early notice will help avoid any delays.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling
Typically, tracking information is provided within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking details to become active.
Damaged Appliances
If your appliance arrives damaged, you must refuse delivery. Signing the delivery waiver confirms that you have inspected the appliance and found no damage. FORNO cannot provide a replacement if the waiver has been signed and the damage is reported afterward.
Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipping.
Returns & Refunds: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Refunds take up to 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
Damaged Items & Warranty: Customers must inspect deliveries upon arrival and report any damages with photos within 24 hours. Warranty policies vary by manufacturer.
So far we really like this range. Having some challenges getting the burners on just right for the correct flame. We have one that still is not sitting correctly. When it is set up and working correctly, it is great. Looked at many more expensive options and so far we are happy with our decision.

Bakes really well
Good cooktop and oven. All foods cook evenly. The burners tend to get dirty fast and are difficult to clean. I have not used the small oven yet, but the large oven does well with baking.

Elegant fridge with great features
Started using the fridge and it is so spacious, looks amazing from outside and inside. There are touch controls. Also lots of space for fresh fruits and vegetables, never had this much space before! There are some controlled fresh drawers as well.

Love this Fridge for Both Size and Style
Great knock-off to my Cafe oven and comes with both bronze and chrome handles. Fits small space perfectly (30") and actually love the alarm when doors are left open. Not a huge fan of the drawer freezer but it's no fault of the product, just my taste. Space inside is tight but overall, I adore it.
