The Forno Capriasca 48 Inch Gas Range enhances your home kitchen with professional styling and performance through its durable and beautiful 304-grade stainless-steel design. The cooking surface features 8 sealed dual-ring brass burners, totaling 160,000 BTU. All burners, each at 20,000 BTU, can simmer precisely at 1,000 BTU. Continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates facilitate easy sliding of pots or pans off heat over the enamel cooktop cavity, simplifying spill cleanup. The cumulative 6.58 cu. ft. double ovens, with a 44,000 BTU output, are enclosed in a blue enamel interior. The 4.32 cu.ft. main oven offers a powerful infrared mesh broiler, a rotisserie skewer and a convection fan for precise, and consistent cooking on multiple levels. The package includes 6 telescopic stainless-steel oven racks, 1 rotisserie kit, wok support, griddle and an LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc-coated illuminated metal knobs with bezel rings ensure enduring beauty.
