The Forno Capriasca 48 Inch dual fuel range brings professional styling and performance into your home kitchen with its durable and beautiful 304 grade stainless steel design. The cooking surface features 8 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 160,000 BTU. The 20,000 BTU dual-ring burners are perfect for boiling or searing and can also handle tasks like melting chocolate or simmering sauces. Continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates allow for easy sliding of pots or pans off heat when desired. The two ovens have a combined capacity of 6.58 cu.ft. and boast a total output of 9,700 Watts, providing ample power for baking, roasting, and broiling. The blue enamel interiors make cleaning a breeze, while the 3-layer glass oven door window provides both heat retention and an unobstructed view. The right-side oven features a true convection fan function. Included are 6 fully telescopic easy-access stainless steel oven racks, reversible grill/griddle, complete rotisserie kit including skewer and forks, concave wok ring, an LP conversion kit and a NEMA 14-50P power cord. Additionally, zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.

FORNO will deliver your appliances directly inside your home and inspect them for any visible damage. Please note that installation, unpacking, and removal of old appliances are not included.
Appliances will be brought to the room of your choice, including up to 7 steps within a single flight of stairs.
For apartment buildings, delivery will be made to the lobby.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling

So far we really like this range. Having some challenges getting the burners on just right for the correct flame. We have one that still is not sitting correctly. When it is set up and working correctly, it is great. Looked at many more expensive options and so far we are happy with our decision.

Bakes really well
Good cooktop and oven. All foods cook evenly. The burners tend to get dirty fast and are difficult to clean. I have not used the small oven yet, but the large oven does well with baking.

An exciting oven!
Very excited about our new Forno Capriasca oven range
We replaced a GE Monogram built-in and were looking at over $12,000 to replace it. The Forno Guardia was the perfect solution at a fraction of the cost. Looks very high end and fits a 48" space nicely. I love having 2 separate refridgerators that look seemlessly like one. So spacious inside and if one eventually fails, we have the other to fall back on in the meantime. Also love that there is no ice or water dispenser, as those are always the first to break on a fridge. I was going to order off of Amazon until I came across Amare Kitchen and they offered $100 off. It almost seemed to good to be true, but I called Customer Service and they were so friendly, informative, and professional. The refrigerators arrived even quicker than expected and in perfect condition. I can't say enough positives about Amare Kitchen and the Forno Guardia refrigerators. I would buy again in a heartbeat!

Great appearance, quality and performance
I am happy with this microwave convection oven's appearance, quality, and performance. It can accommodate a standard-size cookie sheet. Using the convection setting, I successfully baked two standard round-pan cakes.
