This is a really, really nice refrigerator, well made, beautiful, works great, well packaged, good delivery, good instructions, very pleased.
Positives: Availability good, it is beautiful, specifications were good, instructions good, well packed, good delivery.
Negatives: there are virtually none of the necessary parts to install, and while many / most competing diswashers come without many of required installation pieces (like power cord!, discharge hose! and on and on; my beef is that you pay a premium for this product and would expect more. The Pros, outweigh the Cons, thus the lesser rating.

Great knock-off to my Cafe oven and comes with both bronze and chrome handles. Fits small space perfectly (30") and actually love the alarm when doors are left open. Not a huge fan of the drawer freezer but it's no fault of the product, just my taste. Space inside is tight but overall, I adore it.
Love the quality and durability of our new Thor refrigerator. Before purchasing, we checked out every inch of this frig on the kitchen display floor and knew that this was the one for us. All around sturdy and solid construction right down to the drawer shelving and freezer bins. Just wish their user manual was more specific about the control panel.
